  • what if my package is lost or stolen?
    please ensure your destination has a secure point of delivery. the best way to find out where your package went is for you to contact the shipping provider directly. you can track your package through the link in the shipping confirmation e-mail. we will not be responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
  • is there a warranty on devices?
    fonder warrants all devices against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year commencing on the date of the original purchase of such product. this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, or unreasonable use, or service performed by unauthorized service agencies. loss or damage to removable parts will not result in the replacement of the entire product. due to continuing improvements, the actual (replacement) product may differ slightly from the product described herein. all decisions regarding the viability or eligibility of products under this warranty are at the sole discretion of fonder.
  • where do you ship to?
    we ship internationally to most parts of the world. check if your country is eligible at check-out.
  • how long before my order ships?
    our fulfillment team will process and ship your order within 24–48 hours (Mon–Sat). When your item ships, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping information.
  • what are my shipping options?
    we use a trusted third party shipping provider for standard shipping globally. shipping information/tracking number and site will be provided upon dispatch.
  • do you offer discreet packaging?
    yes. items will be packed in an earthy toned mailer box with fonder’s small logo on it, and our website printed on one side in small font. it will be sealed with a plain, matte green adhesive tape.
  • how do I track my order?
    you will receive an order confirmation email after payment is made. another email will be sent with shipping or tracking information when your order has shipped. be sure to check spam if you have not received the email.
  • what is your return/exchange policy?
    due to the intimate nature of our products and there being no guaranteed method of verification that the product has been tampered with, we do not accept returns or exchanges. we are committed to upholding our safety and hygiene standards and prefer to not take the risk. if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you will be eligible for a one to one exchange from us at no cost. please email us within 7 days of receiving the product. to be eligible for a refund or exchange on a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must email us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • how does free shipping work?
    free shipping is available for orders over 120 SGD / 90USD / 12,000 JPY/ 82 EUR worldwide. any discounts dropping the order total below the above mentioned will disqualify that order for free shipping.

  • when will out of stock items be restocked?
    items will typically take 2 weeks to restock, depending on varying factors such as high order volumes, warehouse closures, etc. please review the product page for estimated timelines.
  • what if i need to change my shipping address?
    please drop us an email at hello@fonder.love. we will be able to make the changes if we have yet to dispatch your order.
  • what forms of payments do you take?
    we accept all major credit cards.
  • how do I earn commissions?
    as a fonder brand ambassador, you will be issued a custom referral link. For the most basic tier, every sale made through your link will earn you a 15% commission. higher commissions are available for higher conversion tiers.
  • will i get free products?
    as a fonder brand ambassador, new products will be offered with new launches and campaigns based on your content and engagement.
  • what if I don’t have a strong online presence?
    as long as you identify with our brand and offer an authentic voice with expertise in online selling, write to us at hello@fonder.love to share more about what you can do.
  • how do I become a brand ambassador?
    our ambassador program is free to join. just answer some simple questions when you apply here. we will reach out to you if your content aligns with our brand.
  • who are you looking for to become your brand ambassador?
    we are looking for high initiative and proactive individuals who have a penchant for content creation to expand our brand awareness, bring new customers into the market and convert online sales. you will need to be 18+.
  • how do I join fonder’s reward program?
    our rewards program is free to join, all you have to do is create an account with us. you will receive 80 points immediately and can start earning points through various activities and purchases you make.
  • what happens to my points if I'm refunded for an item?
    your points will be reduced by the amount refunded.
  • how do I earn points?
    every $1 spent = 1 point. you can also earn additional points through simple activities outlined in the above “how to earn points” segment. *do note that the value of any discounts and promo codes used will not contribute to points earned.
  • do my points expire?
    yes, points will expire after one year.
  • is there a minimum spending to use my discount redeemed through points? Is it stackable?
    to use your discount rewards, there is a minimum spending of $30. discounts are not stackable.
  • what can I do with my points?
    you are able to redeem the points you earn for select items from our fonder collection and exclusive discount rewards.
